Compensation: $50K with a potential to make 100k+ with commission and bonus

Job Summary

S-Tech is rolling out a new GPS equipment product line in Canada, and they are providing a compelling opportunity for ambitious and experienced Technical Sales Representatives across Canada. The ideal candidate is someone with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and exceptional selling skills.

If you have an entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for Geomatics, construction, new technology, connecting with people, and communicating technical information, this may be the position for you. We want to hear from you if you know your way around construction sites, design/surveys, GNSS, total stations, lasers, locators, and general positioning technologies.

This successful candidate will be responsible for growing the sales of S-Tech Measurement Solutions, consumables supplies and related Surveying products for the region by prospecting potential clients and nurturing the sales process through to a successful conclusion.

What you’ll do at S-Tech

  • Prospect and generate new business and support a growing user base.
  • You will be accountable for sales targets and profitability for your region
  • Expected to maintain and manage the sales process
  • Reporting to management with current sales funnels, forecast and strategies
  • Effectively communicate and demonstrate how new technology impacts accuracy, Productivity and margins.
  • Communicate and collaborate with S-Tech technical staff to support our positioning products and related technologies.
  • Support your clients with a quick response and attention to detail.
  • Always strive to over deliver what’s been promised.

  • Background in Surveying and/or Positioning Technologies
  • Technical Sales Experience – 2+ years
  • Experience with surveying equipment (GNSS/Total Stations)
  • Valid driver’s licence
