The company is looking for a driven and committed individual to join as an Account Manager to help grow and maintain accounts by effectively selling and delivering the company’s services. The Account Manager will be a member of the Business Development Team and report to the COO.

The heart of the role is to develop quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders, which can include existing clientele, vendors, manufacturers and referral sources. The majority of business is located in Vancouver Lower Mainland.

The ideal candidate has the desire to perform and is looking for a long-term opportunity to build and grow within a family operated company!

    • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
    • Use the company platform to track all prospects/client contacts/touch points.
    • Follow up with clients and customers in a timely fashion and with accurate and appropriate communication.
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
    • Actively participate in weekly sales meetings and one-on-one meetings to discuss the status of accounts. 
    • Enhance current sales and technical skills through self-study and directed training sessions.

Ideal Candidate has the Following Skills and Experience:

    • 3-5 years of experience in a similar function, focusing on customer service/sales. Previous Account Manager experience is an asset. 
    • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • High attention to detail with a focus on customer service.
    • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and identify and solve issues.
    • Ability to comfortably interact with a variety of people while maintaining a positive attitude and upholding the company’s values. 
    • Passion and desire to work in the IT industry is an asset.
