Due to significant growth, they are looking for a Consultant to join their team. The role will be responsible for delivering a high level of client account support in a fast-paced work environment. The role reports to the Director of Marketing and Renewals.
The company is headquartered in Collingwood with satellite offices located throughout Ontario, available for use anytime and to collaborate with other team members.
The ideal candidate has experience providing administrative support for group benefit and retirement accounts through the entire life cycle and has an open minded, inclusive attitude in the work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily administration of Group Benefit & Retirement plans.
- Input carrier data into various Quarterly (Non-ASO) and Annual Renewal client reports.
- Group and Retirement Marketing Specs completion.
- Prep employee facing presentations and benefit plan summaries.
- Maintain all client files and correspondence to comply with O&A Standards.
- Working closely with Senior Analysts to assist onboarding of new clients through assistance in benchmarking client data, completing plan recommendation report.
- Develop knowledge of all carrier administration portals.
- Assist on Retirement Fund Alternate report inputting.
- Regular update of internal CRM and report tracking systems.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and activities by participating in webinars, seminars, etc.
- Assigned up to 30 Small-Mid Accounts for Inforce Servicing, Marketing, Renewals and Quarterly Claims updates analysis.
- Monthly or As Required: Assigned up to 5 Small-Mid separate implementations (GB and RTMT).
- Quarterlies Completion (ASO and Non-ASO).
- Stewardship Preliminary Input (Opening/Closing Balances, Fund Listings etc.).
- Client facing employee presentations, quarterly reviews and annual retirement and benefit plan client discussions.
- Monthly Renewal and Quarterlies – Tracking and Distribution.
- Onboarding & Training B&R Analyst (when applicable).
- Taxable Benefit Reports support.
- Special Projects, as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- The candidate must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience working for a Brokerage or specific industry-related experience.
- Active LLQP License.
- All items in the Benefit & Retirement Analyst role plus:
- Completion of GBA1 OR
- At least one year of benefits & retirement industry experience
- Strong Interpersonal, communication skills both written and verbal.
- Client facing experience.
- Highly flexible, self-motivated & able to multi-task.
- Positive attitude, solution oriented and a team player.
- Strong Working knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
