Job Summary

We are looking for highly motivated candidates who are proactive and passionate about company products and the clients they serve. Account managers will act as a point of contact for their clients. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the client. 

To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, sales, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, maintaining and expanding their programs, and achieving sales targets. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for understanding their needs and ensuring they are satisfied with the services provided. Duties and responsibilities of an Account Manager include:

  1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
  2. Developing and executing sales strategies to meet sales targets and grow revenue from existing clients.
  3. Communicating with clients regularly to understand their needs, address any issues, and find solutions
  4. Coordinating with internal teams such as sales, writing and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and meet business objectives.
  5. Able to identify gaps in clients needs, showcasing the value of products or services offered by the company.
  6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information.
  7. Identifying referral and partnerships opportunities

To be successful in this role, you need to possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. If you are organized, analytical, and results-driven with 2 or more years of account management or sales experience we would love to hear from you!


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years experience in a account management or sales role. 
  • Experience working for a company in North America, Europe or Australia
  • If you are analytical and results-driven 
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Capabilities.
  • possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and managing clients through pipelines
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
