What they Offer:

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time. Hybrid Role. (3 days from the office and 2 days from home). The office is located in Markham ON. 

Competitive Compensation: Base salary starting around $70,000 – $75,000 plus commission on new and repeat business. Uncapped earning potential!

Responsibilities include:

In this role, you’ll drive sales growth by developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Build and Expand Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with current clients and actively seek opportunities to enhance these relationships.
  • Drive New Business: Identify and pursue new markets and customers, expanding the reach of RFID Canada’s products and services.
  • Deliver Tailored Solutions: Understand customer needs, present compelling sales proposals, and negotiate terms to ensure satisfaction for all parties.
  • Create Winning Strategies: Collaborate with management to design and execute sales and marketing strategies that meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Showcase Innovation: Develop engaging presentations and materials that highlight the value of partnering with RFID Canada.
  • Travel and Network: Represent RFID Canada at events and client meetings, both locally and internationally, building strong industry connections.
  • Contribute to Growth: Share insights and ideas to improve sales processes, performance, and overall business success.


Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the software and/or hardware industry, experience in RFID sales is a strong asset.
  • Post secondary education degree
  • A proven track record of building client relationships, cross-selling and upselling.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Exceptional ability to connect with clients and articulate the value of our products and services.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. 10-15% of travel will involve site visits within the GTA area. Attendance at trade shows within Canada and outside of Canada a couple times per year. 
  • Own vehicle required
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with RFID technology is a bonus.
  • Bilingual French / English is an asset
